Training, Coaching and Education

Seaford Striders have organised a number of workshops and information sessions run by local experts, to educate, coach and support our members, and more are to follow. These are normally been held on a Wednesday evening after the club run.
These have included:
June 2018 – Stretching Techniques for Injury Prevention by Clare from Restore Fitness Therapies
August 2018 – Nutrition for Runners by Elle from Studio57
September 2018 – Yoga for Runners by Rachael from Girls Run the World
