Latest C25K group debut their first 5K at Peacehaven !!
On a damp and blustery Remembrance day, 13 of the new C25K (Couch to 5K) group turned out with 11 other Striders for their debut 5K. Fortunately the rain held off, all finished their first 5K run successfully, with some very reasonable times from some. Photos of the event can be found here
