The STRIDERS have a thriving junior section, where
the emphasis is on allowing the younger members to enjoy exercise
in a beneficial and structured way. Any junior who wishes to pursue
a more serious, competitive approach will still be fully supported,
but the main focus is on having fun.
The junior runners meet every Wednesday at various venues around Seaford, but not during the school summer holiday. They will resume their running on the first Wednesday of September and meet at the Salts Recreation Ground at 6pm.
Age range for juniors is from 6 to 15 and the cost is just £8.00 per annum.
