Part 1 – Leisure Centre to Upper Belgrade Road.
From the Leisure Centre cross to Sutton Corner, run south to bottom of Arundel Rd, then turn left and head along Chyngton Rd and into Chyngton Way. Take the first turn on the right into South Way and follow the road round until you rejoin Chyngton Way. Towards end of Chyngton Way turn left into Lindfleld Ave, following road round to left before turning right into Kingston Way. At end of this road turn left, then follow round into Kingston Ave and Kingston Gardens before emerging on main Eastbourne Road. Head east for 100m then turn left Into Chyngton Gardens and first right Into Walmer Rd. Follow Walmer to top, then turn right into Hythe Crescent and at the end left into Deal Ave, then first right into Hastings Ave. Follow the road round until you rejoin Hillside Ave, then go down Hillside Ave to Alfrlston Rd. Turn left and run along to Cemetery, turning right at Cradle Hill Road. Take next left, Valley Drive and then next right, Barn Rise. Follow this to the top and round Into Lexden Drive. At junction with Lexden Rd turn right and then left into The Ridings. Turn right along Lucinda Way, then at the end turn left into North Way, follow the road to the bottom of North Way. Turn right Into Upper Belgrave Rd and continue to the end.
Part 2 – Upper Belgrave Road to Leisure Centre
From Upper Belgrave cross mini roundabout Into Belgrave Rd. Take first right into Klngsmead, follow to end and turn right Into Beacon Drive. Again follow to end. turning left into Princess Drive. Take next right, Churchill Rd. and at end bear left Into Clementine Ave. At Junction with Princess Drive again, go right, then up and over top and down Hill Rise to reach Buckle By Pass. Go straight over road and head along seafront on Marine Parade. Continue along then turn left onto Dane Rd, right on Green Lane to pass behind Morrison’s, and right again on Pelham Rd to reach Steyne Rd. Turn left and run all along Steyne Rd passing Seaford Head school, before bearing right on Chyngton Rd. Continue until 4th left, Arundel Rd, taking this turning to return you back up to the Leisure Centre.
