In a moment of madness, we started to map out some of our favorite local training routes, so that they could be shared with the whole world. To access this masterpiece of conceit please click on the link below:

a word of caution
Please note that this part of the website requires Flash Player in order to work properly, so if you try the link and it doesn't work then you don't have it loaded on your machine. But stop moaning and do not despair, help is at hand! You can download the latest free version of Flash Player from the Adobe website by clicking on the box below. Once it is downloaded, you can return and bask in all those added goodies. Spiffy!
MapMyRun
We are also registered with the website MapMyRun, which, for those of you who don't already know, is an excellent resource for mapping, measuring and sharing your training runs. The Seaford Striders page can be found by clicking on the link below:
Seaford Striders MapMyRun Page
As you can see if you go there, we are using this resource to try and build up a portfolio of training routes that everyone can share, however this has the additional benefit that anyone else can join in and contribute too. By registering with MapMyRun yourself (it's a free and fairly simple process) you can then be linked to the Seaford Striders group page and have your training routes appear there as well. To visit the main site click here MapMyRun
To keep things simple and consistent we would only ask that any routes you wish to submit should be accurate, contain as much information as you can give eg. water points, toilets, hazards etc. and, if possible, start and finish at the Downs Leisure Centre.
If you are interested in linking to the Seaford Striders group page or would like to know more about what to do, please email the webmaster
