Please read the group details carefully as there are changes to some groups for Wednesday evenings runs.

Changes again for this week to beat road closures and more importantly to get home in time for kick off.
We are really sorry if the times are too early for you however we appreciate that we have lots of members from the Newhaven and Peacehaven area and lot’s of runners who will want to be back in time to get settled for the big match and we don’t want them to miss out.

With a forecast of 17c and a 50% chance of rain it’s somewhat unsettled with winds from the SW between 15 and 25mph.

I was hoping to finalise the results but I am still waiting for a couple people to respond with the age category that they ran in. So please if you haven’t responded to the request for your age category could you please do so then we can distribute the medals.

Later I will be sending out updated details of the Striders Day Out where we will take on the Yorkshire 3 Peaks Challenge.

This promises to be a fantastic club outing, tiring yet rewarding so don’t delay and book your place, we still have plenty of seats available so please support us and sign up.

Group leaders will keep a record of all the people in their groups so we can maintain the requirements of our Covid-19 Risk Assessment and Action Plan. Details of our Covid-19 Risk assessment are available here. Please read carefully and make sure you’re social distancing.

Seaford Striders Running Club is affiliated with England Athletics and operates under its guidance.

We hope that everyone is enjoying their WNS and it’s great to see our group numbers growing and the club’s membership thriving. Please do not hesitate to bring along guests to WNS as it is a great way to introduce someone to the club. “No one gets left behind”.
