Running Education

Training, Coaching & Resources

Seaford Striders know how important it is to learn and evolve as a runner and technique and injury prevention is key to improving as a runner.

We also organise a number of workshops and information sessions run by local experts, to educate, coach and support our members.

These are normally been held on a Wednesday evening after the club run.

Upcoming Events

We are yet to arrange any workshops and information sessions for this year due to Covid-19 restrictions, but keep checking back to this page.

Are you a local expert?

If you would like to offer a free session or information workshop for our runners, or if you think you know someone who would, whether it be about fitness, nutrition, running techniques, injury prevention or mental health.
