Good afternoon, After a fantastic turnout at the first WNS of the year these are the details for 7/4/21. Let’s hope we see similar numbers again this week. Please note the change to the start point for Julie’s 7pm group.
These groups will be run in accordance with our Covid-19 Risk Assessment and Action Plan.

Good news – the 2021 Club Grand Prix is due to commence!
For those who aren’t familiar with the CGP (Club Grand Prix), this is a series of events and races (and a lot of virtual events during COVID-19) in which any paid Strider gains points in a league table over the year. The first Strider gets 20 points, the second 19 and so on.
Seaford Striders Running Club is pleased to announce its socially distanced 2021 Couch to 5k group. It will meet at the Richmond Road Car Park (by the Salts) for 9 weeks from Tuesday 13th April at 7pm. The group aims to celebrate its successful completion at Seaford Beach parkrun on Saturday 12th June.
Just to confirm that the next c25k programme will commence on Tuesday, 21st April at 7.30pm at the Salts recreation ground. Anyone who would like to register their interest must sign up using info@seafordstriders.org.uk
